Digoxin.

Digoxin (INN) or digitalis, is a cardiac glycoside found in the Digitalis lanata (foxglove) plant. It is used for the treatment of certain heart conditions, particularly atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter and in some cases heart failure that cannot be contolled by other medications. The drug is marketed under the trade names Lanoxin, Digitek and Lanoxicaps.
